What Should I Wear?

You do not have to dress up to come worship with us. Most folks dress casual, and you are welcome just as you are.

Whether you come in jeans, boots, work clothes, or Sunday best, we will be glad to see you.

For Families

At First Baptist Church – Joplin, Texas, we love having families worship together. Children are always welcome in our main service.

We also offer Children’s Church for ages 4 through 4th grade during the sermon time. This gives children a Bible lesson and age-appropriate activities, while parents can worship and hear the message.

Nursery / Toddlers

Children 3 years and under are always welcome to remain with their parents during the worship service.

We are currently remodeling a room for our nursery and hope to have it ready soon. In the meantime, we do have a room available if a parent needs a quiet place to take a toddler during the service. Parents are welcome to use that space as needed while still remaining close to the worship service.

We want families to feel comfortable, welcome, and supported as they worship with us.
